- Please only book here if you have attended an initial consult and have discussed an appointment time - Online coaching is available worldwide as support for those who would like to focus on the specifics - eating disorder recovery, body image, internalised weight stigma/fat phobia, chronic dieting. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedules: - Individual appointments: please contact us at least 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. - Workshop bookings are final and non-refundable. - Group program bookings are final and non-refundable once final balance or first instalment paid. Extenuating circumstances considered.
